Macrophage (like its biological counterpart) finds files in your downloads folder that are older than 30 days and moves them to the trash. All you have to do is take out the trash (like a responsible adult) and everything will be solid.
It runs in the background so there isnt any maintenance.

I built this for personal use, because I always felt the downloads folder should be self cleaning. I slapped on a simple logo and decided to share it with everyone else.
